Teach2Learn 5: Today's College Students: How to Relate, Connect, & Work with Today's Students

The graduate students in the Department of Education's Adult and Higher Education College Teaching Certificate program invite you to participate in a series of five disciplinary-based workshops designed to enhance teaching within the disciplines. The workshops are open to all graduate students and faculty, with a special emphasis for those graduate students and faculty within the targeted discipline.

Today's College Student workshop will address matters that today's instructors face on a day-to-day basis in the college classroom. Topics discussed will include diversity in the classroom, common mental health issues, and technology. The workshop will also include how our own biases and backgrounds can play a role in how we react to students.
