There?s a new sheriff in town, galloping in to take over the lucrative burrito market as Londoners embrace the handheld Mexican classic that?s rapidly gained popularity with office lunchers in recent years.
The scene Chipotle?s already got five branches in London, although that?s small tacos compared with 1300 restaurants in the US.
The interior of the St Martin?s Lane branch (situated a stone?s throw from Leicester Square) is minimalist, with bar stools against a large metal tables, as well as a small basement with individual tables and chairs.
The grub The chain aims to shake up the fast food market with an ethical twist that would make the likes of Jamie and Hugh very happy indeed.
